What our content is — and is not

Fitness Picks publishes independent research-based roundups of fitness equipment, supplements and recovery products sold in India. We research and compare products: we analyse verified buyer reviews, published specifications, and third-party lab and certification records. We do not operate a physical test lab, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we have physically tested a product.

Our scores are editorial opinion formed from that research. They are not guarantees of performance, safety or suitability for you specifically.

Nothing here is medical advice. Supplement content in particular is general information only. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Similarly, exercise equipment carries injury risk — follow the manufacturer's instructions and seek professional guidance if you are unsure.

Prices, availability and specifications

Prices shown in our reviews are taken from the Amazon India product page at the time we published or last updated that review. Prices and availability on Amazon change frequently and without notice. The price on the Amazon product page at the moment you buy is the only one that counts — always check it before purchasing.

Product specifications are drawn from manufacturer and retailer listings. Manufacturers change formulations, components and packaging without announcement. We correct these when we find them, but we cannot warrant that every specification is current.
